Who We Are
Our Story
The Blu Madden Group Home is a small, all girls home designed to serve up to three teenage girls between the ages of 14 and 18. The purpose of opening this home is to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where youth can feel supported, respected, and empowered while working toward personal growth and long term stability.
Our program focuses on consistency, life skills development, accountability, and emotional support. We offer a structured daily routine, academic support, positive behavioral reinforcement, and opportunities for personal development through life skills training, community involvement, and healthy social activities. My goal is to create a home like setting where each girl feels valued, heard, and encouraged to reach her full potential.

Hello family,
I’m Kiyana Kinsey, founder and CEO of The Blu Madden Group Home. I created this home to be more than a place to live—it’s a family. My mission is to give teenage girls a safe, loving, and supportive environment where they feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow, heal, and build confidence for their future.
Director
Leisha Oliver is the Director of our group home for teen girls, driven by her own experience growing up in foster care. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice and is passionate about providing a safe, supportive home where young women can heal, grow, and build a strong future.
